RAM / SWAP Monitor displays details and graphs of the Physical RAM and
SWAPfile (Page file) usage, the free / used space on a selected Disk
Drive, and the CPU and Average CPU usage on your PC.
The program also contains Mouse Odometer functionality. i.e. it can
display the number of left / right mouse botton clicks and/or the
distance the mouse pointer has travelled in Km or Miles.
Also, the program contains a CPU Usage Drop Adviser (which is great for
knowing when your PC has finished a big job - like virus checking your
PC, defragmenting the harddrive, etc).
i.e. RAM / SWAP Monitor contains functionality to make the PC's Speaker
Beep or make some sound whenever the CPU usage drops below a user
specified level for a user specified number of seconds. This could come
in handy for telling you when a big job has ended, such as a Virus
Scan, Disk Scan, Disk Defragment, CD Burning, etc. This functionality
is available under the "Make PC Speaker Beep when CPU Usage Next Dr
ops"
menu option, under the "File" menu. See the Screen Shot for an e
0;ample
of this functionality. (I use this functionality all the time, so I can
watch TV or do something else, and my PC will beep and tell me when it
has finised the job !!).
If your PC contains multiple CPUs, then the average CPU usage across
all CPUs is displayed. (In the future, or if anyone wants this, then I
could add in a seperate usage graph for each CPU).
